The service center repeatedly gives me different information depending on who I talk to, tries to overcharge me until I ask questions and generally has very poor customer service skills. I’d be happy to talk with management about my poor experiences.

I appreciate the effort by Erick, Service Advisor, and especially Jason, Manager, for my Accord repair. I bought my vehicle at PH, and it has only been serviced by PH (why would I go anywhere else?). I count on PH to keep my vehicle in tip top shape, and trust them to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.
Tess at Pacific Honda was honestly amazing to work with. From the beginning she made the entire process feel easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. She treated us like family, answered every question honestly, and never once pressured us into buying extra packages or add-ons we didn’t want. She even held the car for us to make sure we didn’t miss out on it, which meant a lot. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants people to leave happy, not just make a sale. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had, and I’d highly recommend asking for Tess if you visit Pacific Honda.
I will not be returning to this dealership. The service was overall bad. I made an appointment for 10 am ; the service writers skipped me three times and did not get my car checked in until 45 minutes after 10 am. Once my car was serviced ( oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection) the individual at the checkout desk refused to tell me what service was done or what the inspection noted until I signed off on the work done. I refuse to sign off so I read it myself before signing; I eventually signed. After signing off on the work done, I had to ask questions in order to get any further detail from the individual at the desk who seems to be inept at his job. If you value your time and vehicle, avoid the service side of this dealership.

It took so long to check the car in. 40 minute wait when you scheduled way in advanced for maintenance at 7am April 25th. We arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time and we didn’t get checked in until 735. Too long of a wait.
It was easy to get an oil change on a Thursday morning and the tech set expectations early on the turn around time. I recommend them!

I bought my car here and 2021 and will never buy a car here again due the Service department. The truly insincere, predatory staff is happy to overcharge you and give you horrible customer service to top it off. They last (and final) time had my car serviced here I asked the advisor Jose if there was any discount available for the $1450 of service perform, he said he would adjust my total to include a return customer discount and a coupon from their flyers they send. He never did, the cashier told me she wasn’t there for the conversation I had with him so there was nothing she could do. The Service Department at Pacific Honda is a stain on the entire company. Every service I’ve had perform there feels predatory and hollow.
