I was being pressured into buying the only one car I saw before the day was over, and for a lot more money than I am prepared to spend! The whole experience was insulting to my integrity. Facility is small and parking is limited on site. But, you get excellent service, and the communication is fantastic. Shuttle service to and from is nice. Car received A1 package incl. Arrived at 7am for oil change, waited. Car done about 8am, told airbag recall needed to be rechecked for proper installation. Had the time so asked they look at it. Went to Starbuck’s. All done about an hour later...much faster than expected. Overall am happy with Pacific Honda.
