I made an appointment for 10 am ; the service writers skipped me three times and did not get my car checked in until 45 minutes after 10 am. I bought my car here and 2021 and will never buy a car here again due the Service department. The truly insincere, predatory staff is happy to overcharge you and give you horrible customer service to top it off. I went to the service because there is a noise coming from the front of my car, but they didn’t take my concern seriously and told me nothing could be done. My car only has 20,000 miles and I bought it brand new, yet they refused to properly inspect or fix the issue. I have been a loyal Honda customer for years and owned multiple Honda vehicles, but this experience was very disappointing. Because of this poor service, I will seriously reconsider buying a Honda again in the future.

This place do not care for your business. The advisor doesn’t know what they’re doing and the cashier doesn’t give a F either. There is zero communication between the 2 and I was over charged. The service department is different from the sales department, the latter of which I wasn’t happy with when I bought the car. But the service department has for the most part, been good. They lacked today, leaving me sitting in my car in the work bay nearly half an hour before they even spoke a word to me (I was second in line). But the work was done quickly, at least.

I dropped my car off the night before and I had an appointment at 8:45 but for some reason, I never heard from anybody until noon after leaving several messages. They said can you text which I did. However, he clearly never read any of them because I approved the work, and it still wasn’t done. What’s the point of having an appointment or using technology if you’re just going to ignore them. If you are understaffed you need to set proper expectations or at a minimum return the clients calls/text.

Pacific Honda had a good variety of cars that we were looking for. Shawn was very helpful with the test drive and explaining the different features of the accord. They presented an offer that was very clear and easy to understand. They were not pushy which was a relief. They gave us a fair offer and we got the car we wanted in the color we liked. Overall, the best experience I have had with a dealership.
