Worst service dept in town. 3 trips back and forth not to have the part for my new car. Service Manager refused to talk to me and my service advisor sucked. Very good Service Center (Tyler) who helped me sched my 24K service and also altered me to the fact that there was a "gearbox" safety recall on my 2023 Honda HRV. Service was done in 2 hours and I got sched to come back in 3 weeks for the safety recall.

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours! What is the point of having an appointment if they are just going to throw me to the back of the line anyway. The guy that greeted me asked if I wanted to have my tires rotated if they needed. Some places offer free tire rotation with service and since he made no mention of cost, I assumed it came with the oil change. They had the vehicle I was looking for, got right down to seeing and driving it. But the negotiation with the manager was unnecessarily long, inefficient and pushy. My sales rep Nellie was fantastic. My finance person Kianna was excellent. The sales manager was not -would not listen to me, kept trying to push the KARR security system despite going back and forth 3 times. Finally I had to call him out of his office to talk face-to-face.

Had a B1 SERVICE (40,000 mile service) and transmission fluid exchange done on my 2022 Honda HRV. The mechanic found a plug missing from my transmission fluid. The service took 2.5 hours and I wasn't charged for the labor. Highly recommend Pacific Honda for all your service needs.

Horrible communication skills from the management department to service advisor. I Dropped of my vehicle for a SAFETY RECALL (airbag) a day before so they could take all day for the repair.
