Honda Car Questions

Q: Why do you suggest a test drive?

A: No two new Honda models — or Honda model trims — are quite alike. Test drives let you get a feel for the features, the driving dynamics, and the creature comforts of each Honda car, truck, van, and SUV.

Q: Is there a difference between used and certified pre-owned?

A: Yes, and it’s a big one. A certified pre-owned Honda car is different from a used car in a few key respects. They’re newer, they’re inspected for reliability and quality, and they have lower mileage than their used counterparts. They also come with warranties and other perks. It’s a smaller selection, but it comes with more peace of mind.

Honda Service & Parts

Q: I’m a bit short on time. Can you help?

A: Of course. Our Honda service center keeps extended hours, offers shuttle service (and other great amenities), and also offers express service for many types of essential maintenance.

Q: How do I know when I need service?

A: Your owner’s manual will indicate service intervals for key components and systems, including tires, belts, fluids, and more. Once you service with Pacific Honda, we’ll also send you reminders. If you’re ever unsure, just call us and we’ll keep you on track.

Honda Finance

Q: I don’t have a big down payment. Is there anything you can do?

A: In addition to Honda financing, we also offer frequent specials and incentives on new and certified pre-owned Honda cars. That can mean special pricing, generous lease terms, and low-interest financing. Don’t forget to value your trade using the special form on our website, too!

Q: That sounds good, but my credit’s not great. Where does that leave me?

A: With Fresh Start Financing, we’ve helped drivers with no credit establish their credit history. We’ve helped buyers with damaged credit rebuild their credit. And we’ve given drivers with excellent credit amazing rates. Wherever life’s taken you, we’ve probably seen it before. We’re here to help, not to judge.

General Questions

Q: Does anyone speak Spanish at Pacific Honda?

A: Yes! We have Spanish-speaking staff at Pacific Honda.

Q: Are you open on Sunday?

A: We’re open seven days a week. Pacific Honda is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 9 PM, on Saturdays from 9 to 8, and on Sundays from 10 ’til 7. Our parts and service departments are closed on Sundays and keep shorter hours during the week; call for more details.
