- Service Loaner Car - Complimentary loaner car when your vehicle is getting major factory specified services. Please call the day before to reserve your loaner car.
- Extended Service Hours - Monday through Friday, 7 am—6:30 pm - Saturday, 7 am—5 pm.
- Rapid Check-In - With your PAC Plus Card, we can access all the necessary information we need to begin servicing your vehicle without delay.
- Quality Control - After a repair, our Quality Control Supervisor checks your vehicle to insure that any problem has been corrected.
- Early Bird Drop-Offs—6 Days a Week - You can get your vehicle serviced when you want! Just drop your vehicle off in the evening or early morning. No waiting, no hassles.
- Shuttle Service - Enjoy a free shuttle service to your home or office when your car is being serviced. If you'll be without your vehicle for more than one day, we also have rental cars available to you.
Rules & Regulations: All memberships are based on purchasing a new Honda from Pacific Honda and are valid for four years from the actual purchase date. This card is not valid retroactively and is only good for your new vehicle purchased from Pacific Honda. Should the vehicle that was purchased be sold to another party, rights are non-transferable. In the event that there is a change in discounts, offers, or services, members will be notified. Pacific Honda reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time. All discounts and special offers to PAC Plus Card members are available only when using your PAC Plus Card. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no charge.
