03-25-11 - Congrats to Mary Squires!

Pacific Honda would like to wish Mary Squires a BIG CONGRATS on being the recipient of a makeover for her Honda Civic. We were thrilled to be able to provide paint work and dent removal, shiny new wheels, tires, complete interior detail and the necessary maintenance to make sure it's running in tip top shape!

We would like to extend our great appreciation to the fine people at Pacific

Honda! We were thrilled to receive word that we were the winners of their

2011 Honda Make-0over contest as we love our Honda 4 door civic for its

reliability, economy and zip around town.

All the people we met, from Mr. Neslon, the general manager, to Bill, the

Service Manager to Mike at the service counter were top notch professionals,

friendly, generous, helpful and informative regarding our car and our

family's needs for our car.

We are now part of the Pacific Honda family, as we trust that the care and

concern for our vehicle is something that trust continue.

Our car looks spectacular from the superb paint job, to the new tires and

wheels to all the maintenance provided under the hood. I love driving my

renewed Honda and we are very grateful for all that Pacific Honda has

provided!

As a BBB Accredited business since 1988, Pacific Honda has been given a rating of "A" by the Better Business Bureau®.

What are BBB ratings? BBB assigns ratings by evaluating businesses in the following categories:

BBB experience with the industry in which the business operates
The business’ length of time in operation
Whether BBB has information that the business does not have required competency license
Any known government actions against the business that are related to marketplace activities
Any advertising issues found by BBB
The number of complaints received by BBB from the business’ customers
The number of complaints received by BBB from the business’ customers that are of a serious nature
Whether the business has responded to complaints received by BBB
Whether complaints have been resolved in a timely manner or the business has demonstrated it made a good faith effort to resolve them
Business’ overall complaint history with BBB
Whether the business has failed to resolve the underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints
Whether the business has honored any commitments to BBB to arbitrate or mediate disputes and comply with arbitrator decisions and mediated settlements
Whether BBB has sufficient background information and clear understanding of business
Whether the business is a BBB Accredited Business
Whether BBB Accreditation was revoked because the business failed to comply with agreed BBB standards

Ratings are determined by a proprietary formula that represents BBB’s opinion as to (1) the importance of each category, and (2) the appropriate score given to the business for each category.

BBB assigns grades from A to F with pluses and minuses. A+ is the highest grade and F is the lowest. The grade represents BBB’s degree of confidence that the business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns.

You can get your vehicle serviced when you want! Just drop your vehicle off in the evening or early morning. No waiting, no hassles.

Shuttle Service
Enjoy a free shuttle service to your home or office when your car is being serviced. If you’ll be without your vehicle for more than one day, we also have rental cars available to you.

RULES & REGULATIONS: All memberships are based on purchasing a new Honda from Pacific Honda and are valid for four years from the actual purchase date. This card is not valid retroactively and is only good for your new vehicle purchased from Pacific Honda. Should the vehicle that was purchased be sold to another party, rights are non-transferable. In the event that there is a change in discounts, offers, or services, members will be notified. Pacific Honda reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time. All discounts and special offers to PAC Plus Card members are available only when using your PAC Plus Card. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at not charge.
